Lunch Ordering
Students are welcome to bring a lunch from home or purchase lunch through EZ School Lunch.
Download the EZ School Lunch app or visit the website to create your account, place orders, and manage your student's lunches.
Monday — Subway
Tuesday — Chic-fil-A
Wednesday — McDonalds
Thursday — Zaxbys
Friday — Pepperoni Pizza
Please note: Lunch orders must be placed by 9:00 a.m. each school day. Orders cannot be accepted after the 9:00 a.m. cutoff.
Emergency Lunches
Elementary students (K-5) who arrive at school without a lunch from home or a pre-ordered lunch will be provided with an emergency lunch consisting of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (unless there is an allergy on file), chips, and a juice box. An $8 charge will be applied to the student's account. Emergency lunches are intended for very occasional use only.
Students in grades 6-12 may choose whether or not to purchase an emergency lunch if one is needed.

Report an Absence
If your student will be absent, please notify the school office by email as early as possible. Please include your student's name, grade, and the reason for the absence.

Extended Care
Extended Care is provided for GCS Students at an additional cost. Note that normal drop off times are 7:45 am for students to be in class by 8:00 am and pick up is 3:00 pm for the Upper Grades and 3:30 for Elementary Students.
Extended Care:
Before Care (Starting at 7AM): $170 per month
After Care (Ending at 6:00PM): $275 per month
Both: $325 per month

Family Involvement & Volunteer Hours
Grace Christian School values family involvement and offes many opportunities for parents to serve throughout the school year.
Families are asked to complete 6 volunteer hours per child, with a maximum of 20 hours per family. Any incomplete volunteer hours will be billed at $20 per hour and applied to the May 1 statement. Parents volunteering in roles with direct student contact must complete the required Live Scan fingerprinting. It takes a community to make GCS the special place that it is. Dress Code & Uniforms

- P.E. uniforms are available through the Grace Christian School Store
- A limited supply of emergency uniform items may be available through the Grace Christian school store.
- The Grace Christian school store also offers a selection of gently used uniforms for $5 each, based on availability.
- Looking for additional gently used uniforms? Families are welcome to join Grace Christian Uniform Swap facebook group, an independent, parent-managed group for buying, selling, and exchanging uniforms. This group is not affiliated with or managed by Grace Christian School.
